Hi everyone! We’re sharing a quick update to keep you informed on the current status of this campaign’s fulfillment.
All rewards are currently being packed. However, we’re facing a technical fulfillment issue that’s temporarily preventing us from exporting orders and addresses, and from generating shipping labels.
Due to a sudden change in Shopify’s system starting in January 2026, the connection between Backerkit and Shopify is currently broken. Without this connection, we’re unable to generate shipping labels and move forward with dispatch.
We’re working directly with Backerkit to resolve this, and they’ve confirmed this is a new, widespread issue affecting multiple creators. Fulfillment will resume as soon as the issue is fixed.
We also want to clarify why we’re only sharing this update now. Over the past weeks, we’ve been actively working to understand and resolve the problem, and we were hoping to have it fixed sooner. Unfortunately, it’s taken longer than expected, and Backerkit is still actively working on it on their end. We wanted to update you once we had a clearer picture of the situation, rather than sharing partial or uncertain information.
At the moment, the only remaining step before shipping is resolving this technical issue.
A quick note on communication: we do read all comments and messages, but replies may be selective while we work through this issue.

Hello sweet beans!! 🥹💌 We know it’s been a bit quiet after the end of the campaign — but don’t worry, we haven’t disappeared (just buried in spreadsheets, logistics, and 500 open tabs 👀💻).
Unfortunately, we are among those creators for whom Backerkit couldn't yet accelerate the Stripe payout timing — so we’re still on the “regular” wait of up to 14 business days before receiving the funds from the campaign. BUT! As soon as they land in our account, we'll start packing at full speed — so be ready!! 📦✨🎄
In the meantime, we've been working behind the scenes on the Pledge Manager — still putting the final touches on it 💪✨ We thought making all items available à la carte later would be simple... turns out it’s a bit of a rabbit hole 😅🌀😖 But we want to offer you as many options as possible — especially for those who want to fine-tune their bundles and grab a few extras! So we’re doing it properly. 💖
