Since the first batch was dispatched, we’ve continued shipping more parcels regularly behind the scenes — and we’re really happy to say that everything has been going smoothly so far! 🥹📦💨
The restored BackerKit ↔ Shopify connection has been continuously working properly so far and has made the process much faster and less stressful for us compared to the manual workaround we originally feared we’d have to use 😭💻✨
Many more rewards have now been packed, labeled, and shipped during these past weeks, and we’re continuing to work through the remaining batches 💪💌
📬 Little reminders:
once your parcel ships, you’ll automatically receive your shipping confirmation email + tracking;
Some tracking updates may take a little time to appear depending on the destination country and local postal processing;
if your survey/payment is still incomplete, please make sure to finalize it as soon as possible so we can include you in upcoming batches!

After the bumpy start, it feels really good to finally be in the “things are moving” phase: parcels are leaving the studio, the system is cooperating, and we can actually see the fulfillment queue getting lighter 🎉
