Project Update: Shipping Is Now Visible; 48 Hours Until US/UK/EU/Asia Cards Are Charged

Backerkit just confirmed with us that shipping prices and VAT changes have officially been uploaded to all of our US/EU/UK/Asia region backers.
You are able to check your shipping and tax costs and any other balance you may have in your survey by following this link: https://dungeon-crawler-carl-rpg.backerkit.com/backer/review
You may notice an add-on called VAT/Sales Tax on Shipping added to your survey. This is part of Backerkit’s fix for the bug that was holding up shipping costs from being visible. This is the tax on shipping that would normally be included in the tax portion of your pledge.
This evening, we will send out the 48-hour card charge reminders. If you already completed your survey your card will be charged automatically and you will not have to take any additional action on your end.
Once cards are charged, we’ll begin finalizing orders and warehouses will begin shipping out orders soon. Just a reminder that due to the huge number of orders shipping from this campaign (almost 90,000 packages!) fulfillment will take 6–8 weeks to complete for all backers.
Backers in CAN/AU/NZ or people who just filled out their survey in the last couple of days:
Your shipping costs are currently being calculated and will be uploaded within 2-3 weeks. We’ll release another update when those are uploaded. Your pledge will still be fulfilled during the planned fulfillment window (October to November 2026).
What if I have not completed my survey yet?
94% of you have! But if you are in the 6% camp, please complete your survey as soon as possible. The FINAL survey completion deadline is 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Sunday October 4th.
If your survey is filled out before that deadline and you do not currently have a shipping estimate visible, we will work to get it uploaded for you within the next 2-3 weeks.
If your survey is completed before the deadline of 11:59 PM PT on October 4th, your pledge will still be fulfilled during the planned fulfillment window (October to November 2026). If your survey is not completed by this deadline your pledge fulfillment may be delayed.
