Hello Immortals, 

Welcome to the beginning of our Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe Roleplaying Game community updates. I’m Rina Amaranthine, Community and Crowdfunding Manager here at Renegade Game Studios, and I’ll be playing host and guide through this campaign. 

We’ll be officially launching the campaign on October 27th but we didn’t want to wait until then to start giving updates.

To kick things off for our coven of Immortals, let’s get to know each other a little! 

Attached to this post is a poll, I have a fondness for them so there will be plenty to vote on and discuss during this campaign. 

Today’s is an easy one- have you ever played a TTRPG? Many of our new coven members may be here as fans of Anne Rice’s magnificent world, but not yet as familiar with the world of TTRPGs. And for others, the opposite. 

Why a TTRPG? Here’s a quick word from Rachel J. Wilkinson, the producer and designer behind the Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe Roleplaying Game, speaking to why Anne Rice’s world is perfectly suited to the medium.

I heartily agree.

In the interest of coven and community we’ve also opened up our first Discord channel and created a new role in our server for all our Immortals. These will be the first of many so if you have any ideas or requests for channels let us know! 

We would also like to invite you to watch (or rewatch) Season 1 of AMC’s Interview with the Vampire along with us!  

Each week, we’ll discuss an episode (or two) over in the BackerKit Community tab. This is an open forum where every coven member can make posts. We’ll also post in there to answer your questions about TTRPGs, maybe even drop a few hints about what’s coming during the campaign, and what you can expect to find within the game itself.
