Our Shipping War continues, and we're back to update you on the current situation and on what we're doing to try and speed up the process. Before we go into the details, we want you to know that we are aware that things are not going as smoothly as they should, and that we are working non-stop to solve the problems that are rising day by day.

BACK TO SHIPPING
Shipping of the last batch is proving more difficult and time-consuming than anticipated, but we're finally entering the endgame of this process. For those unlucky of you who still haven't received their rewards:
USA/CANADA: The US hub is trying to process all the rewards, but they are falling behind due to the complexity of the orders. We evaluated any possible option to help them out, including booking a flight to the US ourselves to start packing as we did when we first started making games. In the end, we found another partner that has already collected the products from Studio 2 and they are now helping with fulfillment. With the joint forces of two different partners, we have been reassured that all the remaining rewards will be shipped by September 7.
EUROPE/REST OF THE WORLD: Most of the packages have already been shipped or delivered. All rewards will be delivered by the end of next week (September 6).
We can assure you that we are using all our workforce and spending all the extra money we need to ensure the shipping process is completed without further delays.
We also want to thank the many of you who are writing us with extreme kindness, showing all your understanding and appreciation for our work. We do appreciate how kind and supportive this community has been even during problematic times, and we'll find a way to give some of this love back!
BROKEN COMPASS LEGACY - LATE PLEDGES
Speaking of community, some weeks ago we announced that in the future it will not be possible to purchase all the previous crowdfunding exclusives for Outgunned. The reason is pretty obvious: with 4 campaigns done across the years, and so many Stretch Goals unlocked, it is evidently getting harder and harder for shipping hubs to keep up with the high number of items inside every pledge.
Since our statement, many of you have contacted us to express your disappointment because you were hoping to grab some of the old Stretch Goal boxes during the Broken Compass Legacy Pledge Manager. We hear you. We are collectors ourselves, and we have always tried hard to make the whole OG collection available during crowdfunding. On the other hand, we also need to ensure that future OG projects get delivered with no problems.
Therefore, on September 15 we will open the Broken Compass Legacy Pledge Manager where for 2 weeks only you will have a chance to pre-order Stretch Goal Boxes from previous campaigns before we discontinue them.
We sincerely hope that you all find this solution suitable. Closing the pre-orders for Stretch Goal boxes this early will allow us to ensure that the next project can be delivered without any delay, as all its predecessors.

We're back from GenCon, where we were able to speak in person with most of our shipping partners and warehouses. This has allowed us to gain a better understanding of the current situation and to ensure that the problems some of you are facing do not recur in the future.
Apparently, there are some missing items that have hindered the shipping process. These are items from the previous campaigns that we shipped many weeks ago and that were either misplaced, lost, or simply never reached their destination. We're sorry for this inconvenience, and we are sorry that it took us and the hubs so long to wrap our heads around what was going on. At the end of the day, there were simply too many add-ons and accessories in this campaign, and it's hard to keep track of everything. In the future, we will not offer all these items from previous campaigns anymore, and we'll coordinate better with the hubs to ensure that everything is double-checked carefully.
The good news is that we've now assessed the situation and we are doing everything we can to fix it in as little time as possible.
USA/CANADA: The US hub has all the items they need to complete fulfillment. They expect all the remaining packages to be sent out in around 3 weeks.
EUROPE/REST OF THE WORLD: Most of the packages have already been shipped or delivered. There are still around 100 orders that need to be shipped, and those are expected to ship before the end of the month, as soon as the hubs receive the missing items.
We understand that for some of you this campaign is taking a couple of months longer than expected. We do sincerely apologize for this. Should you wish to have a full refund instead of your pledge, please write us at [email protected] and we'll proceed immediately.
MISSING ITEMS: Should you have missing or broken components, please reach us at [email protected]and allow us a couple of weeks to get back at you. Currently, we will prioritize backers who have not received their pledge. Once the fulfilment is complete, we will soon take care of replacements.
MISSING SPOTLIGHT COINS: We are aware that some of you are missing the 3 (or 4) Superheroes Spotlight Coins. There's no need to write us about this. We're already aware of the situation, and our shipping hubs are working to send them out to you.
EMAILS: We've been at GenCon for a week, and while we did try to keep up with all the emails, we still need some time to get back to all of you. Please allow us some more days to respond to your emails
If you know us, you know that we've an immaculate track record and we've already delivered more than 10 projects right on time. This doesn't excuse us at all from the current delays some of you are experiencing, and we promise to do better in the future. As Two Little Mice grows bigger, we're facing unexpected challenges. We're still learning, and we appreciate all of you who are showing love, support, and most importantly patience.
For the 4th year in a row, Two Little Mice has been in the top 10 Fan Favorite Publishers at the ENNIE Awards. We take the opportunity to thank all of you who voted and rooted for us, but we also take it as a reminder that are so many people out there who rely on us. This time we've let you down. We will learn from this, get better, and ensure it doesn't happen again!
To end on a positive note, here's an unboxing videoof the Superhero pledge. While shipping was troublesome, the game and all the accessories are the best we've ever made and we do hope they'll be worth the wait!
This is just a quick update to inform you of the current status of the fulfillment
Currently, around 70% or more of the rewards have been either shipped or received around the World. Things are mostly going according to our last updates, and we're monitoring the situation to ensure that everything continues this way
If you have your tracking number, it will be a matter of days before you receive your rewards
If you do NOT have a tracking number, that does not necessarily mean that your order was not processed. Make sure to check your BackerKit Pledge Manager as the tracking numbers will be available there
If you STILL do NOT have a tracking number by the end of the week, please reach us at [email protected] and we'll check the situation for you
We understand that many of you were expecting an early delivery, and please know that we're just as bummed as you to have worked extra shifts to ensure that the game was ready early, only to see it stuck in a long shipping process. Unfortunately, these kinds of things happen. But we're deeply sorry that we didn't manage to deliver what we promised. We'll do better next time!

Shipping of Outgunned Superheroes is currently still ongoing, and we anticipate that everyone should receive their rewards in 2-3 weeks. This is still within the original timeframe, but a little later than we hoped considering we were aiming for an early shipping. Unfortunately the global situation and the high amount of parts and stretch goals has made the shipping process a bit slower than originally anticipated by our partners, but nothing major!

We understand that waiting for a package to arrive is always frustrating, but please know that everything is completely in order and that your books are literally on their way. Soon enough you'll be able to suit up and become true heroes!
As today, all our hubs around the world have received the Superheroes rewards, and most of them have completed the painstaking process of preparing all the boxes with the inhuman amount of stretch goals that we unlocked during the campaign!
Starting from next week, you should receive your tracking numbers. The luckiest of you might also receive their pledges

There's THOUSANDS of you. There's no guarantee you will be the first one to receive your pledge or even a tracking number. The fulfillment of this project is still happening earlier than promised and expected, so try to hold on for another couple of weeks to allow our shipping partners to do their job. It might take weeks before YOU specifically receive your tracking number or reward, but things are moving smoothly.
