As of today, all the rewards have been marked as shipped by our partners. If for any reason you still don't have your pledge, please write us immediately at [email protected]

Luckily, most of the issues with the shipping of OGS have been resolved, and we expect this to be the last update about this campaign.
We understand and recognize that this was by far our worst fulfillment ever. We want to apologize one last time to all the recurring backers who rightfully expected better service from us, as I think we have always delivered in the past. We also want to apologize to the new backers who trusted us for the first time and were unfortunately let down by these many inconveniences.

Rest assured that we are taking all due measures to make sure that this situation does not recur in the future. Meanwhile, we can only take this opportunity to apologize and thank you  for the outstanding support and patience that you showed us.
The number of old and new friends who, despite the issues, wrote us to show appreciation and sympathy was truly heartwarming. It is a blessing to see that you still root for us, even when mistakes are made.
