I've been keeping an eye on surveys for a little bit and we're just waiting on 23 folks to fill out their surveys! If you haven't done it yet please do so ASAP!! It's the only way to give us accurate numbers to go off of when we make our orders. For those who missed the campaign our Pre-order shop will be open all through the month of May!

That being said, here is a short reminder on our next steps!

Short update this time but figured it was worth the reminder. We'll be back just before we lock orders & charge cards to give you a heads up. We wont be locking addresses until we're closer to fulfillment and we will update before we do so too.

As I figured, a couple of things slipped through the cracks in our surveys. It happens! Our smoke test selection wasn't very large and we wanted to have the pre-order shop & certain things in motion before we left for TCAF!

SOME CHANGES TO YOUR CARTS.

THE SOLAR SYSTEM SETS -- If you selected this as an option at $15 the price has been adjusted to $100. If this is okay with you, you're all good to go. Otherwise you can still make adjustments to your orders up until MAY 30th. I can't individually email everyone who has, you know who you are. Please help us help you <3

THE SINNER PIN & SETS -- ALL 7 DEADLY PINS SETS come with a sinner pin! We manually adjusted this so you SHOULD see it in your lists of add-ons/skus. If not, do not fear. If we a set in your order you're automatically getting a sinner. Cross my heart. Pinky promise.

Hey folks,
Just a quick small update to let you all know that after this is posted I will be sending out surveys. Be sure to reply as soon as you can with all the details so that we can get things into production in a timely manner!

If you don't get a survey in your inbox please double check your spam! You should also be able to access your surveys through your backer accounts once they have all been sent out (give it a good half hour to an hour for everything to send out properly)!

Hi everyone!
Its been a couple of weeks and the two of us have been hard at work setting up the pledge manager so that things are all ready for your surveys!

BUT FIRST--we've gone ahead and set up the Pre-Order store for anyone who might have missed the campaign and wants to sneak in & pick up some pins! We will be closing the pre-order shop by MAY 30th so act quick!

In other unrelated news, the two of us are currently Kickstarting another crowdfunding campaign for some fun raptor plushies my partner designed! Check it out HERE if that's your thing!

Finally, the two of us are going to be at TCAF (Toronto Comic Arts Festival) and MCAF (Montreal Comic Arts Festival) in the next couple weeks so if you're around be sure to come say hi!

BACKERS-- I'm testing out the backer-only field here for you because the rest of this information is pertinent... mostly to you folks!

But of course we're only just getting started because now we gotta fulfill this beast!

I just wanted to start off by saying a HUGE thank you to all of you who have pledged to this campaign! What a wild ride. Not too shabby for our first campaign on Backerkit!

We were a little bit nervous about the platform at first, we've done a lot of fulfillment with these guys but we have yet to try their crowdfunding platform. We learned a LOT with this campaign (as with any campaign) there are a few things we'd do differently but hey! We all did pretty good here, good enough we now get to start talking about what comes NEXT!

So well, what happens now?

That's the very rough timeline we have at the moment. If all goes well we should have this thing turned over pretty quick but we'll keep you posted with updates as things happen. We made a lot of updates (daily) on the campaign but at this point we're going to be shifting towards once-a-month updates unless there are crazy developments that cause us to update more frequently.

ADD-ONS
I've also mentioned in a previous update, if there were any specific add-ons folks wanted me to put up on the pledge manager (mostly to save on shipping), feel free to let me know. We have a lot of inventory and a lot of our older enamel pins are getting phased out so if there's something you like, hit me up in the comments we can work something out, you can find our selection here!
For folks who expressed interest in pins with only 1 or 2 left in stock. I'll be reaching out to you via email soon! Keep an eye out for windywallflower@gmail in your inboxes. Backerkit doesn't have a DM system atm so we've got to do a bit of a run-around!

Right now we're just $200 shy of unlocking the Sinner pin!
If you haven't backed the project yet we could use your help reaching it! Ideally if we can hit our 9k stretch goal I will unlock all individual sticker options AND toss the winning pin banner up on the pre-order store for those who are interested in it!

That's all I have update-wise. There's always so much going on at the end here! I'll be extremely happy if we can hit 7k for this campaign. I don't know about you but 7k for 7 Deadly Sins? Sounds pretty cool to me~

Hey folks, serious update, are we ready? We're Ready.

There are just THREE DAYS LEFT to see if we can unlock as many of these stretch goals as we can. It seems insane, impossible even, BUT--I think we can do it.

We'll just need everyone's help to get it done!

Here's the thing, Backerkit loves making really sick goals and Hitting Them. We just got an email, they want all the project's collective goal to hit ONE MILLION!! Honestly? I think crazy enough we MIGHT even be able to do it!

So here's the deal.  If we can hit a couple more stretch goals... I might be encouraged to add a couple bonus unlock-ables in the pledge manager ;> 

(I'm adding one last poll just to gauge what kind of pin banner folks would be interested in for these pins!)

We are extremely close to unlocking the Sinner Pin! I think we can (at least) hit this goal before the end of the funding period! AND try to add to the collective goal of hitting 1 million for PINTOPIA 2!

For those of you who have already backed, a million bazillion thanks to you, for coming out of the woodwork and making our very first Backerkit Crowdfunding campaign hit HARD. What a wild ride it's been <3 thank you always for trusting in us to get things done. I'm EXTREMELY excited for this collection of pins we've got here and looking forward to branching this collection Out.

Hi everyone!
We're just 7 days out from the end of the funding period on the campaign and I figured I would post an update to celebrate what we've got so far AND keep up the marathon sprint towards unlocking the rest of those stretch goals!

FIRST -- Tiny reminder that we're always going ahead and adding any and all add-ons we unlock to our add-ons page! If you're an earlybird backer, yahoo! You can now choose from Gluttony, Lust & Sloth as your freebie sticker. If you missed out on the early bird we went ahead and created this add-on if you wanted to snag a sticker for yourself! Reminder that this guys are campaign exclusive and will only be available here & through the pledge manager/pre-order store but will otherwise NOT be available on the shop after!  They're going to have a metallic gold finish in all the same areas the enamel pins have the gold plating! They'll be quite a deal fancier than our usual stickers!

We ALSO hit the PDF stretch goal! This stretch goal is a freebie that will be given to everyone who backs the campaign! Yahoo!

I'm a huge nerd about process & a lot of thought and care went into the designs of these pins so I thought it might be interesting to create a PDF with my process sketches and images alongside me talking a little bit more about the decisions I made to come up with this final set and where some of these stretch goals came from!

ALL FREEBIES on this campaign are also absolutely optional. We will have questions in the surveys for those who prefer getting exactly what they pledge for! (No shade, I'm the same way, but I also have a lot of buddies who love getting freebies and thought people should get to decide that for themselves <3)

So what does that leave us with now?
Stretch-goal wise we only have 4 more sins stickers to unlock!! So we're just about halfway towards doing that and unlocking a full-set option in the pledge manager~ Exciting. Here are our goals for the remaining stickers...

This might seem like a.... (sorry for this) STRETCH~ but I think we've pulled off crazier stunts on previous campaigns. I think working together we can pull this off~!

But hey that's JUST stickers.... I KNOW you folks are here for even shinier goodies....

Now, see, if we can unlock a couple more of these bad boys before the end here... I MIGHT be incentivised to add a couple pre-order goodies to the pledge manager later.... a themed pin banner maybe? (that's been in the design docket for this project for a little while)....

We're just under $500 away from unlocking our SINNER pin!! Lets keep this train moving~~

Hi there folks~!
It's sure been one real rock 'n roll first week to the campaign and I'm excited to say we've unlocked FOUR stretch goals so far~! That's a really fantastic first week.

We still have 14 days to go and that's a whole 14 days to try and unlock some of the extra goodies we have planned! I think we can get a few more in the mix here before our time runs out.
BUT before we get to that and just to pump the excitement a bit more here's a few photos we took of our prototypes. Gosh I really love how nice these guys came out. I cant wait to make the whole dang set!!

STRETCH GOALS....
All that being said, we've made a few tweaks to the stretch goals based on the polls we got. A few of you were excited for our "The Sinner" pin to be unlocked at $7k and crazy news is we're just about 1k shy from hitting that goal. With your help and a bit more push we could easily unlock it before my next update next week!

We've shifted things around for our $8000 goal which will now be unlocking the "Bloodclot" patch! (we get this guy made locally)!

And our $9000 goal which will unlock our "7 Deadly Eyes" embroidered keychain (we also get this guy made locally wowee)!

And grand reveal: our $10k stretch goal will be our "Not MY God" enamel pin duo.

This is a 2-piece set featuring a circular 'black hole' type Big Chunker pin with a smaller eyeball pin you can choose to keep or remove from the inner circle. We might aaaalso have a couple more Tiny Pin options to unlock later for those interested in alternating the design in the middle.

ADD-ONS
We've unlocked a couple stretch goals since and I've been creating add-ons for them as they're unlocked! If you haven't peeped them you absolutely can any time (anything unlocked will be available in the pledge manager after the campaign for those who prefer to add things later)!

Also a small reminder that we've created a couple add-ons for some items from our shop that feel a bit a-propos for both our campaign and our partner campaign's theme!

I believe that's all we have to update about right now. We're doing a fantastic job, you're all fantastic for supporting a spooky little project like ours.
We could always use your help to keep this train going, big pushes and word of mouth really go a long way for a smallbiz like ours~!

Hi everyone!
I promise I wont be making updates like this every single day of the campaign (unless we keep going through huge leaps and bounds like this hehe!

We got a couple questions on the campaign yesterday I want to highlight here but FIRST.

We've hit TWO stretch goals and are well on our way to our NEXT as of writing this! I'd say we're not doing to shabby! (We're just $20 away from this bad boy and 3 backers shy of the big 100)! Exciting!

Here's our next couple goals after this one for those curious:

Someone reached out and asked us if we'd put some of our other pins from our SHOP as add-ons to the campaign. We'd love to, however, looking at it, we're a bit limited to what we can offer as add-ons at this stage (we don't have variable listings so things would get really cluttered REAL fast since we have well over 80 designs, AND we don't have a means to create stock-limitations and some of our pins are phasing out at the moment)... HOWEVER.
After the campaign ends we will be setting up a pledge manager for folks to add whatever they like pin-wise to their orders to their hearts content! You can save on shipping that way and grab a bunch of our older designs and pick & choose.

That being said we've also gone ahead an added an individual sticker tier for our sin designs as we unlock them! They will all go in the same listing & you will be able to pick and choose which sticker you'd like out of the available designs!

I think that's all I've got for you right now! Things might get a bit slower as we head into the mid-weeks of the campaign! As always shares and boosts on our social medias & telling people about our project helps a BUNCH!

So it's been an absolutely WILD first 24 hours and we're encroaching fast on 48 hours! Here's your last reminder to anyone reading this who hasn't pledged yet that your window to snag our early-bird sticker is closing! According to the poll it seems like our early bird sticker is going to be GLUTTONY! Yahoo!

This COULD change, however! We've added a few stretch goals so that folks will have a few more sticker options to choose from if we unlock them! We've gone ahead and added them all to the achievements so if you want to take a peek at what we're offering feel free! The GLUTTONY sticker is set as an achievement too for folks who want to purchase it as an add-on later but this sticker will 100% be available for folks who pledged early, no worries!

Wow what a rock 'n roll first 9 hours this has been! We are fully funded!!! But this is just the start (of course) where would we be without a few stretch goals~

 

We have a whole bunch planned after these too!! They get a bit wild~ We're on a bit of a merch kick lately. We're talking pin banners, patches, maybe even an embroidered keychain, zipper pouches?? Blankets?? Hats?? Who knows!! Sky is literally the limit now that the main goal's hit. We can only get to all of those once these first few have been hit so lets get sharing and keep this train going!!

I've also heard through the grapevine (tbh just by also eyeballing this campaign all day) our partner project: An Infinity Of Pins has also made their goal!!

Which means if you're pledged to BOTH of us you get BOTH our freebie pins!! That's super sweet!!
