In the time of Victoria, across the Empire and the World, nations were growing, and citizens needed water. The War was on; deliver water to the houses and businesses of the expanding nations.

Pipes is a gateway strategy card game, a seemingly simple layout of 16 cards from a deck of 20, that creates the tension of racing pipework across the city. From an initial layout, players vie for control of the pipework to allow them to go from their standing supply valve past their opponents to prove who is best at steering the water and with it the future of the city and Empire.
