| For the past 6 years, Ivan McClellan’s traveled the USA taking photos and documenting the stories of black cowboys. The American cowboy is an icon that represents our highest ideals of independence, integrity, and grit. But black folks have largely been left out of this iconic and rich history. This project works to change this narrative and saturate the press and social media with these images and stories. |
