Will my backers receive emails from BackerKit if I sign up?
No. Your backers will not receive any emails until you decide to invite them.
Do I need a Stripe account to use BackerKit?
Yes, you must have a Stripe account to process credit card transactions made by your backers in BackerKit. Please make sure that Stripe is supported in your country.
Do backers need to create an account to use BackerKit?
No. Your backers can enter as guests without creating an account. Backers will receive a unique survey link via email that logs them into their survey automatically.
