I still have gotten nothing. I have sent an email twice now with the order number and showing what I ordered. I'm tired of waiting and being ignored. You say send an email if you have not gotten anything. I do that and get no response.
In the backerkit section it says my order shipped but I haven't received any tracking number and there hasn't been any update since "Last updated on 04/14/2023 11:00:48 AM".
I have seen that some people have received their shipments. I've tried commenting here and emailing them but no reply.

Is there anyone else like me who haven't received anything or a tracking number?
I had an addon for Canvas Print. Could there be a delay due to that not being ready? If so please let me know. I think I've been patient waiting four months and waiting almost a month since they say the campaign has finished to give them time to ship.

Over the past weeks, we have worked tirelessly to manufacture the Black Hole Spheres and ensure their safe delivery to you. It has been quite a journey, and we are proud to have achieved our goal.
Feedback and Inquiries
If, within the next two weeks, you have not received your order or have any questions about your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us. We want to ensure that every one of you receives your Black Hole Sphere or Wall light and is completely satisfied. It´s fascinating, how the scale of the universe larger than us is comparable to the scale of the universe inside each spec of dust around us.
Hi, got my wall light today, thanks! Still need to figure out how it's to be mounted (I haven't checked if there's any info on the project page, but if there's any advice, I'd be happy to hear it).
Anyway, I noticed the sort of inner framing (i e. under the glass) of the light has maybe been damaged a little, a couple parts look like they have cracked and chipped. It's mostly not visible unless looking at the light from right next to it, so I don't think it'll be an issue. Just wondered if this would be a problem, and/or if it's meant to be like that (the biggest is right where the power cord comes in, so I dunno if that's just to make room for the cable).
Also, what's the benefit of the wifi connection that apparently comes with the remote (at least, with the remote's instructions)? The remote seems to work without it, too - even if some of the settings I still need to figure out :P

after a long period of silence, we can finally inform you that the remaining 50 orders containing Wall-lights will leave our warehouse early next week. The production took considerably longer than expected, partly because we had ordered better LED controllers for you, but their delivery was unfortunately delayed.
When we finally had them in the warehouse, there was another issue. Unfortunately, the power supplies were not packed directly into the individual packages during production; instead, they were sent as a separate package to the fulfillment. This caused confusion and, as silly as it sounds, created quite a chunk of additional work because we had to duplicate, delete and adjust each order and add the item manually. Because of this, you might have gotten an extra email with a cancellation and another with a new confirmation of your order.
But now they are ready, properly booked in, and can finally be shipped out.
We have one last drawback, though. Unfortunately, our manufacturer purchased the wrong power supplies, which means without an adapter they only work for the EU socket. So you will need an adapter or your own power supply. To give you the opportunity to possibly order this in advance and then immediately start using your wall light. You will need a dc power supply with 12V/0.5-1A and a 5,5mm plug. we're really sorry for the delay with some packages. We initially thought it was just a simple mistake with the tracking numbers not being updated. However, we investigated further and found out that our fulfillment partner had rescheduled some of our orders due to a big and time-sensitive project they were working on. It's frustrating for us too, especially since we had confidently said that all the parcels were already on their way (our partner even boasts about handling up to 10,000 parcels a day, so we assumed the 400 would go out at once).
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and we can now happily announce that their job finally seems to be finished, because the rest of the spheres are now on their way to their happy new owners.
Speaking of happy owners: We would be VERY happy about some positive feedback or pictures at [email protected]!!!

Our spot checks have shown that the majority of the tracked packages worldwide were already delivered a few days ago. You can anticipate receiving your tracking information within the next 3 days, and delivery times will differ depending on the country of destination, ranging from a few days to two weeks. Unfortunately, the Wall-lights are still in production and we will talk about that in the next update.
Even though not all packages will have arrived by then (obviously), we will be launching our new campaign, The Space Scapes, in two days. As we understand that some backers may want to receive their Black Hole campaign products before pledging to another campaign, we have scheduled a 30-day duration for the Space Scapes campaign, ensuring that the majority of packages from the Black Hole campaign should have arrived by then.
Nevertheless, we would like to ask for your help to achieve a strong campaign start by backing us in the first 24 hours.
In short: Our campaign offers wall-hanging pictures featuring beautiful space-related scenes that can be easily flipped, rotated, swapped, stacked, and stored to fit the exact space you have available for this type of art. It´s an everlasting beauty starting at 29€!

The Space Scapes
This is a completely new part of our CinkS labs journey. For the first time, we want to offer beautiful space decoration not in the form of glass, but in the form of a high-quality tarp, which is printed on both sites in vibrant colors and will enrich every room.
Beware! These are not simple posters – the motives are printed on tearproof, water-repellent, and even flame-retardant tarps. To attach a Space Scape to your wall, there are practical eyelets on each corner that allows you to flip, rotate and swap these with ease.

My Dearest Backers, time flies and a new update is slowly overdue. In the last two weeks we have evaluated the surveys, finalized the models so that everything can go into production, and ordered needed materials, such as the LED controllers for the wall lights. We just finished applying the 10% discount on our early birds and would like to give you a few more days to check your orders and next week we will also charge the cards for the add-ons.
Nevertheless, the production of the first items has already begun and I hope to have some nice pictures of our production for you in the next update.

SPACE SCAPE As a third and last point, we would like to introduce a little branch we want to grow on Kickstarter. We created a second account to gauge interest in minor projects that can run relatively easy on the side and that do not depend on glass completely.
