Project Update: US, Canada and Brazil delivery delays - update
Hi folks, Maz here again with a short update on the delivery delays we’re having with US, Canadian and Brazilian parcels.
The good news is that we believe we have traced the issues we talked about last time, and the warehouse team has done heroic work getting most of their backlog clear. Parcels are now showing up in our courier systems as well as leaving the warehouse.
What this means for you:
- All labels for all parcels have now been printed, which means picking and packing is occurring for everything that was previously delayed in the warehouse. We’re expecting that backlog to clear in full over the next few days.
- If your parcel was caught by the tracking issues we’ve been seeing, there’s a strong chance it’s already started to move - we’ve had several reports of parcels arriving, as well as being able to see tracking updating properly in our systems for a lot of others.
- If your parcel still hasn’t moved, please don’t panic; both of these problems are taking time to clear. We believe, as with the delayed parcels, it should start to free up and move over the next few days.
We’re continuing to monitor things as the issues resolve, and I’ll update you all again on Thursday 20th with, hopefully, completely positive news.
Once again - we’re really sorry about these delays, and we will make sure you get your parcels. If your parcel is showing delivered but you don’t have it, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing [email protected]. And if you’ve emailed us about your parcel already, we’ll be emailing you back shortly.
Thanks again,
– Maz, Alex, Elaine, the warehouse crew, and everyone at RR&D
