Project Update: Surveys Coming SOON!


SURVEYS ARE COMING SOON!

What does this mean?
As we've said before, surveys are how we collect your shipping information! IT IS ESSENTIAL TO FILL THESE OUT in order to get your items! They will arrive to you via your BackerKit account associated email, but will also be findable HERE!
(please make sure if using the survey search link that you click the correct campaign! Your survey will be from Angel Hare Plushies: THE RETURN, not the prior year's 'MORE Angel Hare Plushies'.

When do they have to be submitted?
You will have two weeks to fill out your survey! There will be many reminder emails during this time, as this is an essential step! This will charge you for shipping and give us final item counts to begin production. After that point, you CANNOT get a refund as we will have already started making your item! If you fail to fill out the survey within this time, your refund will be processed automatically!

PAY OVER TIME Backers:
You will receive your survey once your final payment is made! You will NOT be refunded automatically after the two week deadline everyone else has, so please do not panic! There will be ongoing campaign updates that will include reminders when relevant for your surveys around when they should be expected in the coming months.

Can you still change your address later?
YES! Surveys lock after two weeks, but you will be able to edit your shipping address up until we have the items packaged and ready to go! You will get a warning before this happens! PLEASE remember to update and confirm that your shipping information is correct, because we cannot replace items if they were successfully sent to the address you gave us! Please see the Shipping and Risks section of our campaign page for more detailed information.

Can you change your mind and get a refund after the surveys are locked but before items have shipped?
No! Please understand we have to draw a line somewhere, and give folks as much time as feasible before we have to commit to the numbers we're given and move ahead.
