John, the last information about the Status is dated from first of April. Its okay for me to wait longer if any circumstances dropped in like lost the freight in the oceans depth, Orcs has eaten it, the Drainei took it to Dreanor, the Gnomes lost it in Gnomeregan. I really dont care! But i want to know what causes the delay and a status about the project and the delivery.

I had to contact [email protected]. I provided my order number, and also the PDF of my reciept from the backerkit page. They responded promptly, and sent my order. They did mention that my order number wasn't in the system, but that they found my data in the system anyway. I got exactly what I ordered, the 2nd edition book, slip case with signed plate, and post mortem booklet. All appear to be in good condition. I was sent the items, well packed, via fedex. I am an international customer based in Ireland, and despite the delivery leaving from the US, rather than the intended european fullfillment centre, I was charged no customs/import duty. I want to thank the employees at whalebacker that were able to help me finally put an end to this ordeal. I don't know where the problem in this project lies, but I'm suspecting that Source Point Press are not bothering with this project, since they have their money. Nolan was useless, and since he dissapeared, they've been somehow less helpful. This website also seems like a ball of crap. Now that I have my order, I can say, without fear of reprisal, Souce Point Press can go fuck themselves. Even if they're dealing with issues that come from other places, their lack of communication, and the fact that so many of us have had to deal directly with the distribution centre is a total failure. This project is being delievered to me almost 11 months late, and at that, only because I personally contacted a distribution partner. Insane. And while it's unlikely any of the issues are directly tied to John himself, I am not impressed by his seemingly hands off attitude, allowing this to continue this long, with only hollow platitudes and vague promises of delivery, usually not on this platform even. Were I in his position, I would be hounding my publisher, especially if, as it seems, the books are ready to go, but they're just not going anywhere. Failing the ability to actually get them out, I would be speaking to the community to explain the issues. Right now, nothing is happening, almost a year after delivery should have completed, and we have no ideas why.

Hello, So, like a lot of you in comments, I sent an email to Backerkit support on May the 10th. They transfered my message to John on May the 15th, I received my tracker number on May the 17th and I just received on May the 22nd my full reward in the EU (France). Finally. But I doubt I received it if I didn't send an email to support, so... Regards, ToToR

Finally received my copy of the WoW Diary... (Hero Backer) IT IS PRINTED UPSIDE-DOWN AND HALFWAY OFF THE TOP OF THE PAGE. Completely unacceptable. Will be requesting a refund.

I finally received my stuff (Hero) after e-mailing backerkit for a refund, which they refused, but they at least made sure the items got shipped. I don't think I would have received anything if I didn't e-mail them, so I recommend anyone e-mail them if they haven't done so yet. The slipcase is damaged and has stains on it, the front plate is covered in scratches. The deskmat was folded so now it has this very obvious fold in the middle that probably won't go away. What gives? It almost feels like this was done out of spite?

The main page of the project states that EU shipments are supposed to be shipped from within the EU in order to avoid customs charges. My shipment though shipped from the US. How will customs be avoided in this way?

Pledged for hero and didnt have a tracking number so I emailed [email protected] as someone else recommended. 1.5 days later they responded with shipping link, so I recommend the rest of you europe backers to do the same. Crazy how long this thing has taken

So I just got a tracking notification email from Shipstation. Relative to when I'm posting this: -the email came to me six hours ago -tracking is included -history on USPS is just at the Pre-Shipment stage, where the shipping label was created but USPS is awaiting the item -it's being shipped via USPS Ground Advantage I have a US address but I still chose to send this to a US reshipper. And I'm a Hero tier backer (which gets both the WoW Diary 2nd printing and the Post-Mortem booklet, plus the slipcase and Infernos deskmat) and the email listed all four of these items as being in the shipment. Hopefully that's true. I'll post updates as things progress and I guess we'll just see how things end up.

To everyone who has not received any T&T or shipping confirmations: I emailed BackerKit's support and after around a weeks back and forth my book is finally on it's way. I'll encourage you to do the same so everyone gets what they've paid for. All the best!

I've just received an email from Evri UK, saying they have my "Asendia Inbound (Huxloe)" shipment. I've not ordered anything from anywhere which would use this shipping company, so am making a (fairly large) assumption that it is my order finally arriving... I'll update either way once it arrives, but in the meantime had anyone else received their order via this shipping company? (I've also emailed the shipping company for an order update, as recommended on another thread.)

I emailed Backerkit support, **which can be located by clicking on the "FAQ" tab at the top between "Community" and "Discover", then click "send us an email" on the right**. I am requesting a refund because I am over this, but I doubt that can/will happen. As a Glory backer who also purchased addons, I am around $300 US on this experience. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason we can't get FREE and TRUTHFUL communication on status. When some backers have received shipping information which means product is supposedly on the move, but then doesn't move over a long period of time, I believe no work is being done at all. So for those that have not received anything, what are we supposed to think? How long is that line of wait? It is 2 months shy of a year past the original promised delivery date and you don't communicate or answer questions. Hiding makes it worse, and worse it is.

Second edition print, advertised as "available now" https://sourcepointpress.com/products/the-wow-diary Obviously I'm not intending to attempt a purchase, but seems strange that it's being listed as currently avaialble when all we're getting is radio silence and a handful of orders sent out with various issues.

I really enjoyed the first version of this book and was looking forward to the updated edition, but it seems pretty clear that I'm never getting this book. I'm glad I only ordered the book and not one of the more expensive tiers, as the delays and poor communication make it clear that this was either a mismanaged project or simply a scam.
