Another short update: another batch of orders shipped out earlier this week, and more tracking numbers went out today and more are going out this evening!

If you received a tracking number today, please give the number 24-48 hours to update and reflect the package as "in transit." I have a USPS pickup scheduled for tomorrow, plus another on Tuesday (I try not to overwhelm my mail carrier with too many packages at once).

There are still a handful of folks who need to fix their CC information, too, so please check your info if you haven't received any tracking, just in case!

Third time's the charm, because I finally have enough A-grade copper owls to finish fulfillment. If you haven't been charged, watch for Backerkit emails regarding credit card charges + address locking!

I was hoping to finish fulfillment (minus 61 copper owl orders) before the start of Pintober, October 20th, but it's going to take longer. My apologies, this estimate was too ambitious for so many remaining orders, and I've been extra busy also trying to prepare for Pintober.

I will still be packing and shipping as much as I can over the coming weeks and during the upcoming campaign, too! Now that Owls are in, there are 147 total orders left to fulfill as of this update.

While I'm hesitant to give a date, I'm keen to finish fulfillment by the end of the month. There were 597 total orders, and with 20+ pin designs, add-ons, and so many flawed pieces, it's been a lot! Lesson learned about making overly complex campaigns. 😅

I wanted to check in real quick to let you know that things are progressing smoothly, just a bit more slowly than I'd like. It's just me doing all the packing and shipping right now (but my husband helps when he can), and the large number of designs definitely slow things down. Thanks for your patience! 101 packages down, 181 to go.   

Another big batch of orders will be packed and shipped this week, so please keep an eye out for tracking numbers in the coming weeks if you still haven't received one!

As before, I am still waiting on the Copper Owl, and there are 61 backers whose cards have not been charged as I wait for these.

Hey everyone!

First of all I would like to say that everything has been going smoothly with all domestic and EU/UK and rest of the world orders, and it fills me with joy every time I receive a picture of the Water Pals in your hands :)

We tested the UPS shipping with a first small (5) batch of orders and all of them were held/returned except for one. 

I know it doesn’t sound like good news but while dealing with UPS directly and trying to figure out ways to handle the situation, we tried to find a cheaper, tariff free and more immediate shipping solution for the US:

USA correspondence via CTT was reestablished 2 months ago but with new rules (after tariffs) that I had yet to figure them out and test, until very recently when I used it to ship products from another project, and everything worked smoothly. What does it means?
- The process is way easier, less complicated;
- The tariffs are paid by the sender (me) so you just have to receive the Water Pals at your door
- The most important part: it’s cheaper! Around 25€-30€ with tariffs already paid for a medium size package (5-6 pins.)

So after some deliberation we decided to switch our plan and send the remaining batches via CTT.

To the one person whose package is already on the way, I will email you directly since I don’t think it’s fair for you to be the only one without a partial refund.

To everyone else from the US, you can expect a partial refund of your shipping cost. Partial refunds will be processed as packages are shipped.

I hope this wasn’t too confusing. We are still learning how to deal with the tariff situation and it took Portugal National Postal Service longer when compared to other EU countries to finally provide a more affordable and hassle-free way of shipping to the US again.

Just want to make a quick update about the fulfillment progress:

Hi everyone, I hope you've been well!

I wanted to give another update on fulfillment progress.

I have gotten a few more batches of packages out the door! I am on United States orders that have a large amount of pins in them at this point (9-12 pins) so each one is taking me a good chunk of time to pack. I also need to double-check my work to ensure everyone's getting what they ordered.

Types of orders that will be shipped closer to the end of the queue:

- Orders with a "mystery" pin in them (due to remakes arriving) 
- International orders
- Orders with 20+ pins in them

I spoke with my manufacturer for an update on the remakes and as of right now, they are still currently in production. They have assured me that they're still being worked on, but just taking a bit longer than usual.

On that subject, while fulfilling recent batches, I finally ran out of my first pin design as we're still waiting for the remakes to arrive. If you have the enamel pin "Dew" in your order (Series 2 cat with bright green leaf) and it hasn't shipped yet, your order will have to wait for remakes to arrive.

I have my fingers crossed they won't be delayed more than 2 weeks, but it's very hard to say. As soon as they arrive, everyone here will be the first to know!

I think for the most part, I've sent out replacement pins for everyone who had contacted me letting me know I accidentally swapped Peony for Pansy. If you still haven't received a tracking number for replacement, please reach out again!

One person has reached out to me about their order being sent back to me and I am working on re-sending that out!

For anyone else who's order has been sent back to me (of which there are 5-ish packages) please reach out as soon as you can so I can re-invoice you for shipping to get your order shipped back out!

That's all for now! As always, I truly appreciate everyone's patience on this. I had been hoping to get leftover pins into my shop this month, but the remakes and busy-ness of my schedule have put a wrench in that.

Any leftovers I have won't be sold until everyone receives their backed orders, and at this point I am very eager to close the books on this project and get it done as fast as I physically can!

Pledge Manager credit cards will be charged soon:
Yesterday I sent out an automated heads-up about the Pledge Manager charging soon via e-mail. The PM will charge the credit card you have on file for any addons you added during the Pledge Manager stage along with shipping charges for the address you entered.

At this point in time it is still possible to edit your shipping address. Later this month I will be locking address changes down with another 2-day automated warning by e-mail, so please make sure the address in the Pledge Manager is accurate and the one you want your items shipped to!

All kitsune mini pins, earrings, & stitch markers, the Foxfire Kitsune deluxe pin, the Foxfire Kitsune standard pin, and the Foxfire kitsune necklace have all arrived and are currently being checked and packaged. The remaining pin designs are in the final stages of production, and we are still on track for October fulfillment to begin!

Here's a little preview of the stitch marker set. Most backers ordered custom mix-and-match stitch marker sets, but it's still neat to see the themed ones together!

Hello Noop Troop!

At the time of this update, I am just past the 50% fulfillment mark.

I am having to temporarily pause fulfillment of orders containing Parker while I wait for the remaining plush to arrive, which is estimated to be around September 20th or so.
Orders that do NOT contain Parker will continue to be processed as normal. I have roughly 35 orders to process in that segment.

 In the previous campaign update, I had requested those who backed for Parker to fill out a survey letting me know if they were okay with receiving a special Parker. 128 backers filled the survey out, and the majority picked Option 1. I just want to let folks who selected option 1 know that I will be processing the store credit sometime in the next couple weeks.
For backers who selected option 2, I have made the arrangements to your pledge rewards and processed your pledge as normal.
For backers who selected for option 3, I have done my best to pick out perfect Parkers, and anyone further who I was unable to fulfill I have placed 'on hold' temporarily while I work to process the rest of what I can now. Once I get everything in motion, I will remove the hold and process your orders without Parker.

I know this is confusing, and I apologize for it. Here is the current situation for backers who are confused.
  Parker had a bit of a stanky leg situation resulting in hand-sewn repairs for his legs. The repairs still have some visible blemishes (in addition to some very large heads, or other quirks), and I have made the judgment call to set them aside and not ship them to backers.
 Steven has submitted a new production batch of Parker plush that will ship with another future order.
I also have around 115 Parker's that were pending dispatch (they were also being repaired) and are on their way to me now alongside some straggler stock of Porter, Strawberry, and a handful of costumes.
I am hopeful the stock that's on the way will be satisfactory for backers, but should they arrive and I feel they are a tad too scrambled for my comfort (I never want anyone to receive a plush and be upset with the quality!) I will need to process all remaining pledges and ship Parker separately once the new batch arrives, which is estimated to be around 3-4 months from now).

The good news is.. A lot of you have supported multiple campaigns since this one took place, and I feel relatively confident that I can easily pop a Parker into an existing order throughout the campaigns I've ran this year.
I will handle and take care of all arrangements for any orders that require this. There is no action needed on your part aside from just your patience. If you have backed a Parker and receive your pledge without him in it, just know that I have already arranged for him to ship in a future order you have open with me! :)

For now: I am kindly asking for your continued patience and understanding.
 
I understand some folks may have issues with waiting longer, especially folks who this is their first time supporting a Noopy campaign. This was a truly insane journey the last few weeks, but I am happy to say that ALL COMPLETE ORDERS ARE NOW SHIPPED!!!

My progress has been slow and my days very long, often sitting until 10pm after work to complete these as soon as possible. My fantastic friend Blossom Beast has come down all the way from one end of Ireland to the other to help out with this and packed over 80 packages in three days. That's insane!!

This campaign has taught me a lot about streamlining the process, how various exports options work, how to use a label printer, and how to bulk upload shipping labels instead of copy pasting line for line. So thank you to all my friends and mutuals who have helped out along the way. This community is incredible and it's an honour to be part of everyone's lives here.
