https://www.cinks-labs.de/blogs/the-end-of-the-universe/the-end-of-the-universe Guess this is why they lied to me multiple times and never bothered to ship my items. Then they have the gall to try and sell stuff to me despite not shipping me my orders and stringing me along.

I still have gotten nothing. I have sent an email twice now with the order number and showing what I ordered. I'm tired of waiting and being ignored. You say send an email if you have not gotten anything. I do that and get no response.

In the backerkit section it says my order shipped but I haven't received any tracking number and there hasn't been any update since "Last updated on 04/14/2023 11:00:48 AM". I have seen that some people have received their shipments. I've tried commenting here and emailing them but no reply. 27 days ago they said We are thrilled to announce that the very last orders from the Black Hole Sphere campaign here on Backerkit Crowdfunding have been successfully shipped! Is there anyone else like me who haven't received anything or a tracking number? I had an addon for Canvas Print. Could there be a delay due to that not being ready? If so please let me know. I think I've been patient waiting four months and waiting almost a month since they say the campaign has finished to give them time to ship. Thanks to anyone who knows anything about what is going on and lets me know.

Hi, got my wall light today, thanks! Still need to figure out how it's to be mounted (I haven't checked if there's any info on the project page, but if there's any advice, I'd be happy to hear it). Anyway, I noticed the sort of inner framing (i e. under the glass) of the light has maybe been damaged a little, a couple parts look like they have cracked and chipped. It's mostly not visible unless looking at the light from right next to it, so I don't think it'll be an issue. Just wondered if this would be a problem, and/or if it's meant to be like that (the biggest is right where the power cord comes in, so I dunno if that's just to make room for the cable). Also, what's the benefit of the wifi connection that apparently comes with the remote (at least, with the remote's instructions)? The remote seems to work without it, too - even if some of the settings I still need to figure out :P Thanks!

Hey, I'm a long time fan of your work and hope to be there again for your next projects! As I wanted to order, I'm really surprised by the shipping cost. I live in the middle of Europe (Switzerland) and I ordered the Wall Light Wide - Medium. The shipping costs are 44 € which is really far from the expected prices. I don't know how heavy would the wall light be according to the spreadsheet but I want to make sure I do nothing wrong. Thank you in advance

I was wondering about what the power source of the wall light is? Do you need to plug it in, does it have a rechargeable battery or do you need to buy batteries? Couldn't find the info on the page, so thanks for helping out :)

How are the wall designs meant to be mounted? They seem quite heavy to hang from something basic like a nail so I was wondering what kind of mounting solution they come with.

First time backing this company and I find no information about the subject, what kind of base is included if I back one of the spheres? Do they come with a base or is it required of me to add a LED-base as an add-on?

About the wall lights, specifically, how are they actually constructed, is it a backlit block of glass with a black "mask" or is it micro cracks lasered into the glass similar to the spheres? Most of the images seem to be computer renderings and the ones that look like they might not be are too hard to discern detail on. I'm just a bit concerned what they will look like in a room that is well-lit already, obviously in a dark room they will look amazing when they are the only source of light, but what if the room is lit normally, or if I turned the internal light off in the piece, would it still be visible or would it turn into a somewhat indiscernible black square?

Hi Clemens; What happened to the Early bird pledge and are you launching on Kick Starter as a previous backer on your past projects pertaining to Outer Space, I would have liked the Early Bird

For now I've backed at the 10% discount level because what I really want isn't on offer. The project page shows a smaller wall light with the distortion image but this is not on offer. What I would REALLY like is the distortion image in an 8cm sphere. And of course I realise this would only look correct with the sphere in a particular orientation - that's fine with me.

I am also a little confused. I also cannot see what my pledge covers as I wanted big & small black hole spheres and a wall image. Having trouble seeing order
