Project Update: Titan Effect Zero QuickStart 3.0 is live!
- The complete character creation rules, including new talents and powers.
- A big overhaul of the combat system, making the game more cinematic, while keeping its tactical aspect.
- Minor updates and typo fixes accross the document.
