Project Update: A Bigger Universe
Before I start diving into Titan Effect Zero’s mechanics and differences with the previous edition, I wanted to share with you some details about another aspect of the project.
As some of you may already know, Titan Effect wasn’t always supposed to be a tabletop RPG as I originally planned to make it an animated series and then a comic book. Eventually, due to a series of setbacks, I decided to turn my story into the RPG you all know today.
However, the RPG is only the first part of a bigger universe that I aim to expand across different media (comics, novels, animation, etc.). I already had some exciting experiences with a live-action storytelling experience called the Secret Story Network and a series of audio interactive stories in collaboration with the German company EarReality—we are already working on a new collab as I write these lines.

I also spent the last four years pitching a Titan Effect animated series project to studios and execs with the help of some Hollywood talent. Unfortunately, things have stalled (for now), and I decided to refocus on the RPG with Titan Effect Zero. Fun fact, you can already see in Titan Effect Zero QuickStart some of the character designs we originally planned for the project.
So, while the RPG is my main priority, I also have a novel in the works and there will be a new short comic book to accompany the game. Ultimately, with your help, I’d like TE Zero to become a bridge between the RPG and the rest of Titan Effect's universe.
Note: This is an open conversation, and I'd love to hear your opinion and thoughts about this.
