Project Update: PDF Release Date Announced!
Happy Friday, Crawlers!
I can’t stick around, but I wanted to come in with a quick check-in, some updates, and to drop our new poll so we can stay on track to finish all the votes by the end of the month!
First, email check-in! I’ve managed to take a huge bite out of the inbox, but there’s still more to go. If you’re waiting for a response, just hang tight for a little bit longer. We are bringing in some reinforcements to help us with the volume of emails, so within the next couple of weeks, response times will get much better!
We have two updates about pricing and fulfillment!
First, we’re updating the pre-order price of the Core Rulebook to reflect its increased page count and final contents. The book has grown by more than 300 pages throughout its development, coming in at a whopping 648 pages of Crawler-goodness (yeah, we got a little excited…), so we’re adjusting the price to align with comparable TTRPG books of its size.
The Core Rulebook was previously listed on our webstore for $60. If you’ve already pre-ordered at that price, your order will be honored, and you will not be asked to pay any additional cost.

NEW ACHIEVEMENT!
Early Adopter! You saved yourself $5 by being there first. Nice work, speed racer.
REWARD?
Smug satisfaction!
And certainly for our backers, your pledges will not be affected by this price update whatsoever. Except if you ever want to hock your Core Rulebook on the Midnight Market, you can say the value is even higher! Now that’s what I call built-in equity.
Going forward, the Core Rulebook will be available for $65 on our webstore and at participating local game stores after the retail release on November 23.
Second, the PDF early release will be August 25! As we speak, our team is putting the finishing touches on everything.
We will share an update next week with information on how you’ll redeem your digital copies when they are released. There’s going to be a LOT of important information in that update, so be sure to read it thoroughly when it arrives!
Gen Con
We know that you guys want the VODs of our panels and the live show, and we’re working on them! The files are large because we used film-quality cameras, so we have to color-correct, cut, edit, and sync up audio. They’ll start rolling out today with the Crawler Chaos Panel and will continue across next week!
Visit our YouTube channel to find all our Gen Con recap footage that will be dropping, and click the bell so you’re notified when new videos are uploaded!

Poll
Since we’re in the elimination phase of the tourney today, we get to say goodbye to Cupcake Delivery & Banquet Time
Who remains?
If You Give A Mouse A Cookie [Currently has most votes in the finals!]
If You Give A Mouse A Cookie [Currently has most votes in the finals!]
For some unknown reason, this lazy fuck NPC healer, Doc Ought, can’t get across town on his own to deliver a package of urgently needed medicine to The Green Cross, the local clinic for tragically dying orphans.
Meanwhile, Annice, the woman running The Green Cross, can’t distribute this vital medicine until someone helps her get a package of time-sensitive registration papers to Mayor Blindel for her signature. And well, if Mayor Blindel needs a hand redoing the rose garden before she could possibly sign the clinic’s papers…
Gosh… It’s hard work being the only functional person around, isn’t it?
The Missing Boa
A prized possession, a neon green feather boa, has gone missing from Desperado club stripper Candybeak’s locker. Someone stole it from right under her nose, and she wants it back. After all, that’s her lucky charm for her scandalous Chicken Dance routine. A crawler with sticky fingers, a fellow dancer named Ohlala, and a drunken NPC named Error were all seen with the boa, but only one could have stolen it. Get it back to earn some free drinks.
Railed
Railed
The train on the Phlox rail line is out of control and will crash unless someone (you) can slow it down and bring it under control. The conductor, Zha, is an old dwarf struggling towards the engine car to talk with the engineer. He needs help making it through the mobs and the dangerous, unstable rail cars. If he can be safely guided to the engineering car, maybe the juiced-up mantaur can be reasoned with before the train derails and kills you all.
Missing Items
Local item shop, Shit I’m Selling, is out of supplies because their delivery caravan hasn’t arrived as expected. Without those items, the owner, the Hobgoblin Drainage, is one step closer to financial ruin. The caravan surely couldn’t have gotten into trouble in the hallways and paths of the dungeon filled with mobs. Drainage knows the route his caravan took and begs for help, offering a decent discount on any items recovered and a chance to buy from his secret stash.
