It’s finally here! We’ve gotten every address into the AI’s system, VAT charges corrected, and have shipping quotes from our partners ready to begin uploading!
We have nearly 90,000 packages traveling to 55,972 backers across over50 countries.
Due to the number of backers and packages these shipping quotes will be uploaded in a few different waves so we don’t overwhelm Backerkit’s back end. So don’t panic if you don’t see your shipping uploaded right away!
Our first 5 waves are the US, UK, Asia, and the EU. If you’re in one of those regions then your shipping quote is already in your survey and your card on file will be charged automatically on Sunday, October 4th.
Our last 3 waves will be CAN, AU, and NZ and we’ll be uploading those ASAP and putting out another update when we do.
US/UK/EU/ASIA: We’ll be hitting the 48 hour charge notice button on Friday, October 2nd, this will send a final automatic reminder from Backerkit before addresses get locked and cards are charged for any remaining balance on Sunday, October 4th.
Edit: Backerkit isn't showing all shipping charges yet, we are contacting them to see how long this process will take and if there's any other actions we need to take on our end.
There are a few outlier cases and we’re handling those individually and reaching out to backers, if you did not finish your survey and put in an address then you will not have a shipping estimate in your survey.

Where can I see my shipping rate?
Check your survey for your final shipping cost. The shipping rate you are being charged is the shipping rate being charged to Renegade from the various warehouses.
When will shipping start?
Because all of our shipping partners already have your backer data and all of the pledges shipping will start right away. That’s why we have such a short window to review your shipping fee before we lock orders.
How long will shipping take?
Due to the volume of pledges we expect shipping/fulfillment to last about 8 weeks from when we begin.
Will I be notified when my pledge has shipped?
Yes, all warehouses will send e-mails with your tracking information. Please white list the following e-mail addresses in your e-mail client so that you will receive that information:
In the US you can also download the FedEx app to keep track of your shipment and make any changes to delivery if required.
How will my pledge arrive?
Every warehouse uses various services. In the US all orders will arrive via FedEx unless an order uses a PO Box, is in Alaska, Hawaii, a US Territory, or an APO/FPO/DPO. Those orders may arrive via USPS.
If you have not downloaded the FedEx app you can do so to get real time updates on your order. You are also able to use this app to request delivery changes to your package if that need arises. This is faster and has a higher percentage of success than writing to customer service.
Will shipping be in any kind of order (alphabetical, by pledge number, etc.)?
Shipping will not be happening in any particular order and because each pledge is hand-packed we don’t have an exact timeline. The warehouses are optimizing for speed at which they can ship packages. This depends on many factors including the order in which containers arrive. Holding inventory to prioritize certain pledge levels will slow down fulfillment for everybody. We plan on updating our new Achievement regularly as shipping goes on so you can see exactly how many orders have been shipped.
