We’ve got a special midweek update for you because PACKAGES ARE OFFICIALLY ON THE MOVE! 

That’s right! Our fulfillment tracker has moved forward, and the first 1,000 pledges have begun shipping out from our warehouses! 

We’re super excited to finally see pledges heading into the hands of Crawlers around the world!

As your pledge ships, you’ll receive a tracking email directly from your regional fulfillment partner. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder!) for an email from the following addresses depending on your region:

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Due to the sheer amount of items being fulfilled, most pledges will arrive in two or more packages. Each package will have its own tracking number information. So don’t panic if your first delivery doesn’t contain everything!

If your first package arrives and you’re missing items, check your email for additional tracking notifications. If you don’t see another package on the way, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

The vast majority of shipping charges for all 55,000 backers have now been uploaded to BackerKit, and we’re working through processing the remaining orders that weren’t included in the initial round.

We anticipate processing the next round of shipping charges on Sunday, October 18 with a 48-hour advance notification on Friday, October 16.

If your shipping charges haven’t appeared yet, our team is actively working through the remaining orders.

To put the scale of this fulfillment into perspective, we're shipping as many packages for this campaign in just six weeks as Renegade typically ships from our webstore in an entire year!

Our fulfillment partners are working hard to get packages out as quickly as possible and ahead of the busy year-end holiday shipping season.

With this many orders moving through multiple warehouses around the world, fulfillment will happen in waves. Not every backer will receive tracking information at the same time, so please don’t worry if you don’t receive yours right away.

We'll be sending out special links through BackerKit's Digital Downloads system that will grant access to a secret Discord channel. From there, you'll simply react to a post to claim your new role!

What is Carlsgiving?? Carlsgiving is a retail launch celebration for the Dungeon Crawler Carl Roleplaying Game and Dungeon Crawler Carl Unstoppable.

Both games release in friendly local game stores around the world on November 23! So we’re calling that week Carlsgiving! 

We will have lots of fun activities you can get involved with for Carlsgiving to support your local game stores. More on that in the next couple of weeks!
