Helllooo Crawlers!
A short update today since you've heard from us recently.

We're at just over 1500 packages shipped!

We've seen you ask- is the OH SHIP tracker automatic?

Unfortunately it isn't, instead we get updates on shipping and then update the tracker manually. That means it won't change over the weekend but it will get updated again on Monday!

A few other FYIs:

I only got my Unstoppable stuff:
Some backers may have received only part of their pledge so far. That’s because some pledges ship in multiple packages, and those packages may arrive separately. This is intentional, to get everything to you as quickly as possible, so no need to worry!

We previously stated that Unstoppable was shipping first. That wasn’t accurate. Our fulfillment partners have clarified the above, so we’ve updated the text.

My PDF codes haven't come through
Zev is pushing these through manually so if you're missing codes your best bet is to either leave a comment here or send an email to [email protected] for us to help.

VTT Info
We owe you an update about VTTs! We're gathering info from our VTT partners and we're hoping to make a bigger update in the next couple of weeks.

When are charges happening?
We'll be sending the 48 hour charge notice today so cards will be charged on Sunday.

I'm still missing shipping cost
Anyone who's missing shipping costs or has reached out about shipping changes are not being charged this Sunday. Most of these cases we need to correct/load in by hand so it will take a little time.

Feel free to leave any more questions in the comments!
