We’ve seen many Crawlers asking about Foundry VTT support for the Dungeon Crawler Carl RPG, so we went to work behind the scenes with the team at Foundry to make it happen! We’re excited to officially announce that Foundry VTT will now support the Dungeon Crawler Carl RPG alongside Fantasy Grounds, Roll20, and Alchemy with an October 2026 VTT launch!

If you already purchased the PICK ONE Virtual Tabletop (VTT) Add-On, you’re all set — Foundry will now be one of the platform options you can choose during the pledge manager, alongside Fantasy Grounds, Roll20, and Alchemy.

As a reminder, the VTT Bundle includes BOTH the Starter Set and Core Rulebook fully integrated into your platform of choice:

Our friends at StartPlaying.Games are officially hopping aboard the Nightmare Express, too!

🎟️ All Legendary and Celestial backers will now receive a $10 StartPlaying.Games voucher included in their pledge. These vouchers will be redeemable beginning in October 2026.

To celebrate the start of the RPG’s launch in October, StartPlaying will also be hosting a special Dungeon Crawler Carl RPG launch event where tons of GMs are hosting games, so you’ll be able to use this voucher to jump right into the action!

A $10 game voucher for StartPlaying.Games will now be included in all Legendary and Celestial pledge tiers! This voucher will be redeemable starting in October 2026. StartPlaying is going to host a launch party to celebrate the release of the Dungeon Crawler Carl Roleplaying Game at that time!

This addition brings the total value of items in the Celestial Tier (Unstoppable + RPG All-In) to $841. At the bundled pledge price of $490, Celestial backers are saving $351 compared to purchasing everything separately.

Beyond events…

We will also have a LIFE SIZED statue of Carl, Donut, and Samantha on our booth. So if you’ve always wanted to stand toe-to-toe with Carl (literally), then you finally can!

Here’s a little sneak peek at the statue, which stands 5.9 Feet tall (with the lean)! Carl himself is book-accurate scale, as are Donut and Samantha. 

And because apparently we’ve completely lost control of ourselves…

We’re also building a full Crawl Con room at the show so you can feel like you’ve stepped directly into the world of Dungeon Crawler Carl!

Here’s a sneak peek at some of the signage you’ll see adorning the walls in our Crawl Con room (sorry…Borant stipulated at least 98% of our Crawl Con room wall coverage needed to be dedicated to advertising).

Seriously, Gen Con is going to be a lot of fun, and we hope to see as many of you there as possible.
