A big thanks to everyone who filled out and updated their information after last month’s update – with your quick action, Wave 1 is now commencing!
We know you’re all waiting with baited breath for your unique collectibles to arrive, but we wanted to caution that this particular wave will be small. There is a chance that you’ll be part of the next shipment, so don’t panic if you don’t see a package!
If it’s been a stretch and you can’t recall the details, Wave 1 will only include the premium metal poster along with Issues #1-6 of frontman and series creator Claudio Sanchez, co-writer Chondra Echert, and artist Guillaume Martinez’s riveting series.

There's a couple things to cover in this update, so please read to the end. We want to make sure you don't miss any important information about your order!
First off, some exciting news! The books have arrived! They turned out absolutely amazing!
We also got the stickers and acrylic stands. So cool!
This weekend, Jemma is at a con called Dragonsteel Nexus. If you're in the area, drop by and say hi! Because of the con, fulfillment won't begin until next week.
In order to get everything prepared for fulfillment, we will be locking shipping addresses on December 9th. If you need to update your address, please do so soon! We want to make sure everyone's package gets sent to the right place. Once your order is shipped, you will get an email with a tracking number. Estimated delivery dates will be sometime between December 16th-20th.
Ebooks have been sent! You should have received an email with a download instructions. If you don't see an email in the next 48 hours, please reach out and let us know. The StoryCo Multimedia downloads are still being finalized. Those will be sent sometime in January 2025.
Finally, there are still about 20 people who have not filled out their survey yet. The survey lets us know what things to put in your package to send to you! Surveys will go out as soon as BackerKit reviews the Pledge Manager. When Surveys are done I will start putting together the products and getting them to everyone.
NOTE: There is a Local Pickup Option available. To utilize that choose LOCAL PICKUP from the COUNTRY field when you are putting in your address for shipping in the survey. That's basically everyone in the Milwaukee area.Â
Surveys are undergoing last reviews after some technical issues, but they will be going out soon. While the delays are unfortunate, the first print of standard edition is looking great, and we are excited to get things rolling on fulfilment.
When surveys go out, they will ask for your shipping addresses. This is critical for physical rewards. The shipping addresses will let us determine how to minimize shipping costs to different countries, and shipping cost will be calculated and charged after the initial surveys are complete. This means you will have to pay shipping at time of fulfilment, as per the descriptions in the project, but we will do our best to keep this cost as low as possible.
