I've had my eyes on the peryton for ages now, and I think they'd be a perfect fit for the bedtime beasts for obvious reasons!
This one's a bit weirder, but what can I say-- I love an unconventionally cute critter. This is the hundun, a creature from Chinese mythology that is typically depicted without a face but I'm nothing if not consistent so of course I had to give our primordial chaos ball a cute, chompy mouth. Wouldn't they make a great pillow??

There was a deadline error in the last update! In previous updates, I stated that the survey deadline was September 10th. That was an error on my part since I intended it to be August 10th.
However, I don’t want to suddenly spring a deadline on you all so the deadline for surveys will remain September 10th!
If you got an email about surveys being closed via Backerkit, please disregard it. I can reopen your survey easily on Monday. Don’t worry, you will NOT be charged on Monday!

I'll be vending 6 conventions in a row meaning I'll have little to no time to pack just wanted to let all backers know, the pins should be arriving sometime this week but fulfillment will not likely to start till October DUE to the conventions.

We've decided to unlock Dotty early!
As of right now, Dotty has now been unlocked. I repeat, DOTTY HAS BEEN UNLOCKED!!! As we go into the FINAL DAYS of our campaign, we wanted to help alleviate any fears or confusion on what happens if Dotty doesn't get unlocked. Now you don't have to worry and can choose the tiers and add-ons you want with the knowledge that everything has been unlocked.
Don't forget, you can edit your pledge at any time before the campaign ends so if you need to make any last minute additions, please do so before Tuesday, July 28th @ 4 pm MDT.
This update will go over a variety of topics. I will do my best to keep it sectioned for you to easily reference if needed.
Clarification On "Choose Your Noopy" Style:
I did my best to cover all my bases on this previously, but forgot to take into consideration the likelihood of backers adding more plush afterthe campaign ends. After finding a workaround, I have decided to permit campaign backers to be able to choose their plush if they decide to add more after the campaign ends. To clarify: This only applies to backers of the campaign. If you are not a backer by the time this campaign ends, this offer is null. Non-Backers who preorder via the backerkit store we may launch (if we do not reach 500 backers) do not get to pick their style of Noopy. It will be entirely blind.
"When are Surveys going to be issued?"
I am hopefully going to have them issued within 7-12 days of the campaign ending. This is dependent on Backerkit approving the surveys, and to allow enough time for all of the data to import. I will update backers to let you know when you should anticipate getting them!
"Will Ace's Sample Be Viewable Before the Campaign Ends?"
Unfortunately, no. I am hopeful to have pictures of him sometime in the next 2-3 weeks. It really depends on the workload of the designer and the material availability.
"When will Surveys close? (What does that mean?)"
Once I fire off surveys to backers (I will update when I do this), backers have 2 weeks to fill out and 'add on' any extra items they may want. "Closing" a survey just means I will close off the ability to add additional items to your pledge. You'll still be able to fill your survey out, pick your styles from the main campaign, etc as normal.. You just will not be able to add additional items from the campaign (such as another plush).
"When will I be charged for post-campaign add ons?"
For backers and pre-order customers who add extra items post-campaign, I will begin processing those payments sometime in the middle of August. Again, I will communicate and give backers a heads up before this happens.
Failed Payments & Deadlines:
For those who are currently pledged to the campaign, payments for your primary (main) campaign items will be processed within 12 hours of the campaign ending. If your payment method fails, do not worry. Backerkit will automatically try to process your payment periodically for 2 weeks post-campaign, and attempt to notify you via email if they are unsuccessful. Unresolved payment methods will be dropped from the campaign on August 14th.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees will be charged separately closer to when we begin to process orders for fulfillment. Right now, this tentative timeline is around December, but realistically might be January. I will update closer to that time frame to let backers know about the upcoming fees and provide a shipping chart.
Timeline of campaign:
Campaign Is Live→ Pick your pledge tier and any add ons! (Now thru July 24th)
Campaign Ends→ Prepare to receive your "backer survey" → Surveys are Issued (July 31st*)
Survey is filled out → Add on any remaining items you may have missed (within the deadline*) → Surveys close (August 15th*)
Post-Campaign add ons (& pre order customers) payments are processed → Preorder store closes (August 17th*)
Production Commences → We wait patiently.. → Steven updates us on them being finished (October-Ish*)
Steven sends me a handful of finished plush to look over and confirm match our production sample
Plush Dispatch To me → I process payment methods for shipping fees (Late December/Early January*).

"How Do I pick My Noopy Styles?" When your survey is issued (read the above for estimates on that), you will follow the steps to fill out your survey which includes 'selecting' your styles for eligible items, such as the blind bag plush. If you have multiple plush, the question will be repeated for #1, #2, #3, etcetc. You are also welcome to choose blind if you want to have the authentic blind bag experience. Note that all five styles are available, they're just cut off on these screenshots.
This same format will also apply for those who picked the single charm styles.

I have just finished OMGcon in Owensboro and had a day to rest. My heart is so full from the love shown this weekend!
This campaign update will go over the shipping fee charts! Shipping fees have been 'enabled' for this campaign, which means that backers can now view their surveys to see their anticipated shipping fees. Please note these are in USD and for International customers it does not include any vat or import duties that your Country may collect.

I am still tweaking weight categories for certain regions behind the scenes, so there might be adjustments to your shipping rate shown (this applies primarily to Non-USA orders such as Netherlands, Singapore, etc) depending on if I find any major discrepancies. The various rate increases that have been going on the last few years has really made this complicated, but I am doing my best to keep it lumped into the same weight classes, regardless of the zones.
"How do I know what my package weight is?"
This is tricky to explain clearly as most of our backer packages contain more than 1-2 items, but in general, most packages fall within the 3-9oz class if you ordered 2 plush or less.
Orders containing all plush + all costumes fall into the 16-28oz classification.
As a reminder, you can find out your exact shipping fees by viewing your backer survey. Not sure where to find it? You can access it here! (be sure to use the email you backed under/filled your survey out under!)
"Which shipping provider are you using?"
Currently, USPS is the most reliable carrier. Some customers may have better rates using UPS Ground, which I will use on a case-by-case basis (if it's cheaper, it's usually by 1c..)
International packages are shipped through Asendia Economy. The arrival times vary but typically between 2-4 weeks.
If you would like me to upgrade your shipping to UPS Ground / UPS Expedited etc please reach out to me via email and I can make an adjustment to your order. Please note for International customers there is a likelihood of UPS imposing Import Duties. The upgraded shipping for Non-USA packages is around $25-$45 depending on the location and weight of the package.
"When will I be billed for Shipping?"
I am still waiting for final confirmation of the plush preparing to ship out to me. Right now I am guesstimating I will begin processing payments for shipping around June 29th. Backerkit will give everyone a heads up and also send out notices to do address changes if needed. You will have a 48 hour notice ahead of time. But at the time of reading this update please keep it on your mental radar that we are preparing this step!
In the event your payment method fails, backerkit will notify you and you will be prompted to remedy the payment. While there is no 'deadline' to remedy the shipping fee payment, just know that I will not be shipping orders who's shipping fees have not been paid.
The 'deadline' to remedy your shipping fee payment will be the time it takes me to fulfill the campaign. For example, if I begin to ship orders August 1st and process the last 'shippable' order on August 15th-- That will be the 'last call' before I mark your pledge as abandoned. This does not apply to customers who have notified me of delays in payment. As long as you communicate your situation with me, I am always more than happy to accommodate or help find solutions!

Just wanted to make an update, incase some aren’t aware or have not done crowd funding before!!
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of your pledge! It will be charged AFTER THE CAMPAIGN ENDS! You’ll be given a notice of 48 hours before it is charged!
And of course I will also post updates leading up to this as well! But I just wanted to clarify for anyone unsure of if they should pledge now or not!!
