Thank you so much for everyone who already submitted or have attempted to fill out the backer's survey. Many of you might have experienced issues with selecting the kitty pins they want last Saturday, a few hours after I sent out the surveys to everyone. The issue was due to an error on my end, where the maximum number of pins available for each designs were set at 20 pieces max. When the maximum has reached after many of you have submitted your surveys, the system made all the pins unavailable as it thought the pins were out of stock! Thank you so much for everyone who have reached out and let me know that there was an issue, thus I was able to have it fixed as soon as I can. I have now set the maximum quantity of the Kitties of Whiskewood pins to infinite, so there shouldn't be anymore problem with selecting any of those designs you want. I am really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and thank you so much for all your patience while I tried to figure out what went wrong. If you have attempted to filled out the survey last Saturday and decided to put it aside due to this error, you can now go back in and finish your survey~
Next, a few of you have reached out asking about the freebie sketching kitty pin as it was not showing on your pledge. Just to clarify, the freebie sketching pin is only available for all the backers who have pledged for three or more pins during the campaign. This means that if you added-on more Kitties of Whiskerwood pins in the pledge manager after the campaign ended, you will not get the sketching kitty pin as a freebie. As for the sketching kitty pin not showing on your pledge, I am working with backerkit to see how I can have this resolved. Backerkit's support team is very helpful, and they told me there is a way that I can do that on my end. So no worries about having to manually add it on yourself. I will send out another update about this once I have it figured out. Thank you so much for all your patience!
Lastly, I got a request to make the individual stickers of the Kitties of Whiskerwood available in the pledge manager. I went ahead and made it available, so if that is something you are interested in, you can now go and get them! Just a quick note, when I am about to place an order with my manufacturer (sometime by the middle to end of May), I will be removing all the Kitties of Whiskerwood pins and stickers from the pledge manager, as I need to make sure I order enough items for everyone. So, if you haven't filled out your survey yet, please do so as soon as possible so that you can grab those add-ons if needed, and your prompt response is also highly appreciated as it will help me determine how many items I need to order.

HI all! Hope you have been well! I've been very busy prepping production for all these goodies! I just wanted to post a couple of reminders!
I have about 90% completion rate for surveys, which is awesome! Thanks so much for getting your surveys in quickly and promptly. This has allowed me to get a snapshot of counts easily and ensure I can go into production as soon as possible.
For the rest of you who haven't completed your survey, make sure to do it ASAP! This will ensure you get all the products that you want without having to wait extra time if I need to order additional products to fulfil counts. If you're having issues finding your survey, please let me know and I can help!
For those who have completed your survey, they will lock on May 11th. This means that you won't be able to make changes to the items in your order because items will be in production. You will not be charged on May 11th. Card charges will be run when I receive all the products. You will still be able to make any updates to your address in the meantime. When I receive the products I'll unlock surveys for a period of time to allow you to make any last minute changes.
Lastly, I had to manually mark orders that had the early bird freebie Spotted Lanternfly pin. As such, there might've been some error on my part. I believe I was able to correct any issues, but if you notice that you should receive your freebie pin and don't have it, please let me know! I'm happy to help.

Good news!!! The first surveys are going out today! The smoke test sends out 5% of the surveys, I will send the rest out either tomorrow or after enough people complete the smoke test!
First, I just want to apologize again that the shipping timeline for this project has been extended so far. I expected shipping to begin last week, but it's going to begin this week. About 90% of the pins have arrived, but I am still waiting on the Chronic Badass/Babe pins, the Not Your Inspiration Pins, and The Invisible Not Imaginary pins in purple plating. (I expect the chronic badass/babe pins and not your inspiration pins to arrive this week) Unfortunately there was an issue with the purple electroplating on the Invisible not Imaginary pins, where the heat was too high and it therefore made the white enamel appear yellow. This means that those pins are currently being redone. (They did send me the damaged ones, which aren't really damaged, but just appear with a yellow tint, eventually I'll be listing those online as b grades) In the meantime while I'm waiting for those to be completed, I'll be shipping orders that don't contain that pin.
There isn't exactly an order to shipping packages, other than, everyone who completed the survey before the lockdown date goes first. Once all those orders are completed and sent out, we move on to the surveys completed after the lockdown. I am attempting to get all orders shipped within the next three weeks.
Changing your shipping address
If you need to update your shipping address please do so ASAP by email[email protected]. Even if we begin shipping and you need to change your address, the sooner you let us know the better. Also keep in mind that if you fail to notify us of your update change, and we mail your package to the wrong address, you will be responsible for a second shipping fee to send out a new package. In most cases, when a package is sent to the wrong address they are rarely returned to sender, which means we lose money on product lost, and shipping already paid. Surveys
Surveys have been sent out, if you have not yet completed your survey, please do so. To find you survey, please search your email for an email from Backerkit and The Snarky Company. You can also find your survey on Backerkit by logging into your account and going to your backed projects page.
If you've searched your email and your Backerkit account and cannot find your survey, please email [email protected] with the name and email associated with your pledge, and we can help locate your survey.
This campaign will have two lockdown/charge dates. The first lockdown date is May 9th, and the second lockdown date is May 17th. The survey lockdown is when we lock your survey and charge your card for shipping costs and any optional add-on items. Please visit here for all the need to know information about survey lockdown.
Refer a Friend
To have participated in the Refer a Friend program you would have emailed me with the name on your pledge and that of your friends. I recorded those names and orders and replied back to your email to let you know it was recorded. After the second lock down, I will reach out to those of you who referred a friend, via email, to find out what two designs you'd like added to your order for free. Those pins have to be manually added through the back end. So please keep any eye out for an email after May 18th to choose your two free pins for referring a friend.
Pintopia Collab Pin
If you backed both Ink & Enamel, and Celestial, then you know you will be receiving two free Pintopia collab pins. One pin will be shipped with your Ink & Enamel order, and the other will be shipped with your Celestial order. Please note that you do not have to do anything to receive these pins. If you backed both of these campaigns then these pins have been automatically added to your survey, and you should see them in your item list.
Hi everyone! Its been a couple of weeks and the two of us have been hard at work setting up the pledge manager so that things are all ready for your surveys!

Alternatively, go directly to This Link, it'll get you to the same place. You'll see my project with a blue survey button. Fill that out and enter your shipping information and payment, and we're golden! This is the best way to ensure you're receiving the rewards you want.
NOTE: When the surveys soft close on May 19th, it will be harder to make sure I have stock for all the items you will want. PLEASE fill out your survey NOW so I have enough stock for everything you want!
