We've just sent out our smoke test batch of surveys out to a small number of you! Please check your inboxes to see if you received any. If all is good, we will be sending the surveys out to all of you really soon!
We have sent out ALL surveys! You will be able to make payment for your shipping fees and indicate your choices for your pins via the survey~ You may also add on items you may have missed out on via the survey! Do check your junk/spam if you do not see it in your inboxes~ :)
Do note that freebie items have already been added into your survey carts, so you will not have to add them again. If you do not see them, fret not too as we will manually add them in during fulfillment :)
🚚 Shipping & Address
All shipping fees will be collected via Backerkit! These fees will be calculated based on your overall parcel weight and the country you are based in.
You will be able to change your shipping address at anytime before I receive the products and have them shipped out to you guys! I will make another update before I start locking in your addresses!
Please help to fill up your survey ASAP so that I can give my manu the total count as soon as possible~ This will help hasten the fulfillment process and hopefully bring forward the date of fulfillment. Only possible if all of you work together to fill it up asap! <3
If you did not receive any survey links, do let me know asap as well!
Once we have reached about 80% of surveys answered, we will proceed to lock orders and charge your cards! A separate update will be made when we do.

Hello everyone! This is just a quick update for the recent campaign! The bags are still in production - and orders are locked! There are only a few of you who have not completed the survey (less than 10!) so please do if you have not already. This is important so that I can make sure we have enough of each product made for everyone!
Other than that, now we just wait, I am hoping that these complete production in the coming month or two. There are more tote colors coming, as well as the handmade wallets I make in the shop! Beary’s Spring Cafe V.2 is officially up and running! 🌸✨
Hello everyone! Thanks to all 171 of you we’ve managed to fund our new Beary’s Spring Cafe pins along with our NEW and super exciting Varsity Jacket!
I was initially a little apprehensive with funding them all but YOU GUYS pulled through and we were SO CLOSE to our original pledge goal! 🥹💞 Very very appreciative to all of you and for believing in our project!
What’s Next?
Payments
Backerkit will be charging your cards right after our campaign ends!
If you’ve got a failed payment, you will be notified to re-enter your payment details and Backerkit will attempt a charge. For payments that are not fixed by Day 14, your pledge will be dropped and you will not receive your rewards.
Some common reasons behind payment errors are, insufficient funds, foreign currency charge or your charge was declined by your bank. If so, calling your bank will help resolve the issue!
Surveys We are working on finalising our surveys and your shipping fees will then be charged via the survey! It should be ready in about a week or two~ You will receive an email and an update via here when it’s ready! 💖
If you’ve got additional Add-On items you would like to get, you will be able to grab them via the surveys as well. Otherwise, we do also have our Preorder Store up for a week. And you may grab stuffs you might have missed out on there! ✨

It's been a bit since the last update, I appreciate everyone's patience. I wanted to wait until I received some sample images before posting another update, and I finally got some:

Jet tags are expected to get shipped to me soon. As for the sweatshirts, they are still in production and don't have any production photos currently. However, since they're being produced locally I will take photos as soon as I receive them in hand.
We're still on time according to the schedule. I might even be able to ship out as soon as mid-May. I plan on locking all surveys by May 4. Please make sure to double check and update your survey in case your mailing address needs to be updated.

Awesome news came in today that the beanies are all done and on the way to me as we speak! They are scheduled to arrive the first week of May. After that, it'll take 1 week for me to quality check everything and will start shipping them out to everyone.
I'm coming on here to do a little... big update. We've recently received the sample for our newest Spring Beary Varsity Jacket and we are MEGA pleased with how it turned out! So much so that we've decided to ADD it into our Spring Cafe Kickstarter, since it was originally supposed to be launched together anyways!

Hey all!! Just a heads up - Backerkit is beta testing a new backer survey feature on us, and I'm waiting to hear back from them to finish the surveys and send them out! BUT THEY'RE ALMOST READY! THEY SHOULD BE COMING SOON!! We are still waiting on getting the money from them (it takes two weeks) - and then we'll be ordering everything! Stay tuned for surveys hopefully by the end of the week! We'll also be offering a "mystery bag" and addons that weren't on the actual campaign. Yay! :D
