Backerkit is live! I wanted to check: my pledge says I am eligible for a free pom because I pledged within the first 48 hours, but this isn't indicated on the pledge manager. Should it be? Or do I just assume it'll be added to my order?

Bag Design Question

Are the bags padded to protect the ipad/laptop and, if so, is the padding somewhat firm to keep the shape when nothing is inside? Apologies if I've missed this somewhere on the page.
