That said: outside of all of the other cleverness of the show, I spent a lot of time thinking about the music cues, which trend very contemporary (which, to me, adds to the goofy charm, but I can easily see someone without a sterner stomach struggling with it) and usually these music cues trend specifically to "cover of a modern pop song by a girl-pop band" type choices. It feels unconventional, but to me says something about the audience they want to capture and entertain, and I think it works.
This, of course, led me to a question that might be really polarizing:
What sort of music would you put to a fight scene--or a love scene!--in a romantic fantasy, especially in sword & sorcery, where atmosphere is a huge part of the appeal?
--scenes you might want to write?
--scenes you have already read?
--scenes you might be hoping for in our fair tome?
There are no wrong answers, but I'm dying to know what you might pick!
Nota bene:
Please don't slag anyone else's choices--it takes all kinds, and sometimes something really unexpected works well to highlight a scene that might be very understated with the "expected" choices!

I was counting up the number of people I wanted to give a copy of this book, and found that it's enough people that it would be cheaper for me to buy the "retailer" package of 10 rather than individual add-on books. However, I know a lot of projects like to limit their retailer packages to actual bookstores. Is that the case here as well? Thanks, - Brooks
Hi! Two related questions: First, I have a friend who said they can't afford to back until just AFTER the campaign closes. Will there be an opportunity for late pledges? (I feel like I've seen that before with either Kickstarter or Backerkit, but I can't recall for sure) Second, will the book be more generally available after the campaign ends for folks who didn't pledge? I'm expecting I'll keep finding more people I want to recommend it to as time goes on. Thanks!

I want to report that like the others have posted, I only got a tracking number and they only sent me my rewards AFTER I manually contacted BackerKit support who in turn contacted the team to fulfill the rewards. After a weeks via FedEx, I did receive my rewards with no missing items. If you haven't received any tracking number yet, go contact support.
Is there an ETA for those of us that added issue 1 & 2 digitally?

I am a backer of this project at the Hero level from the UK and like most of you i have been stuck waiting for the release of product. I have heard nothing from the team since the April update stating that they were shipping the product out but i never received a shipping label (i check my email every day and religiously go through the spam) or any word of what comes next from the creator. I contacted Support and they have tried to get a hold of the creator on my behalf but to no avail. I think it is awful that in this current year we can be in a position that money is taken in good faith and people are just ignored and left to flounder / take a loss when it is inconvenient for people to resolve an issue. I purchased this as a birthday gift for my wife as she has always been fascinated as to how WoW (a game that we both play) was made. That was over a year ago. I was fully aware when i was booking this that i was going to get it for the next years birthday but even then - nothing - just tumbleweeds. I have spoken to support multiple times and expressed my displeasure with this as a process and the utter lack of communication from the creator. At this point i either want the items or my money back, I have never been more displeased with an interaction through sites like these as i am with this one and it has soured my outlook for this entire process. I do not blame the support team for the lack of creator response as they have tried their best to be helpful and to contact the creator but when you are told by a member of any team that this is the last time they will reach out on your behalf for an update it really does take the wind out of your sails. I am happy for those of you that managed to get a happy ending to your journey for this printing but i am afraid mine is more like a horror story.
