Project Update: A gift for you!
Wow it has been amazing to see our party grow! Thank you so much for being here and for supporting our incredible artists! Because of all of you amazing people we are so very close to a pay bump for all 111 of our artists! Which happens if we hit 75k!!!!
A gift for you!
Project Update: Release the Lucky Chicken!
Just wanted to let you know we have decided on an early gift! Since we hit 70k today (thank you thank you) we decided to
Release the Lucky Chicken 🥳🥳🥳
Everyone who backs this project will also get this very exclusive card.
The Lucky Chicken will be printed with the deck, but separated! And ONLY backers will ever own this special special card.
When you draw the lucky chicken, you know it’s going to be a good day!
Our way of saying how much we love and appreciate you.
That is all for now :)

Are the physical guidebooks going to be available after the campaign ends (through Etsy or something similar)? And will the price be the same if they are? I can't decide if I can justify the cost of one now, even though I'd love to have it since it is the 10th Anniversary, after all, but since I already have a PDF version with my deck and am on a budget, it may not be a great decision to buy now.
Project Update: third update and the goal is MET?!
but before we get there, just as thanks for breaking the 400 goal, i'm going to add art of 4 new never-before-seen birds to the books before they go out.
as you can see, there are a few other stretch goals waiting in the wings (ha!) as well. if we can break 800 and 1000 respectively, new birds on the branch will be revealed along with their rewards :v
the seed money book tier is GONE! i need to think long and hard about if i have it in me to open more of them... for now let me just bask in the joy of being able to print some birds :O thank you everyone
Project Update: the first of the updates
so, backerkit needs to approve projects to launch. that's something i didn't know when i planned to launch yesterday! but then i got approved, so, with only a day of delay i'm kicking us off now lmfao

Can we see all of the pages for the spread book? I have been wondering if I should add it and I would like to see how in depth it is. Thanks.

Hello 78 team, Im confused about what is going on with the quote for the box shown on the campaign page. It states that Emerson’s quote was chosen, but that isn’t the one that was chosen and I don’t even think it was there to vote for. Final results show it was Quote 4 by Van Gogh as the popular vote. Did I miss something along the way? Quote 4: “Great things are done by a series of small things brought together.” Vincent Van Gogh
Project Update: the second of the updates!?
for folks realizing twitter blocks backerkit: try suggesting folks "search on backerkit dotcom for Queer Birds" cuz that works too and won't get caught by elon's greedy filter i don't think.
yesterday i learned that i'm to be including shipping in my pledge numbers - that's cool, i wasn't sure either way so erred on the side of caution and set the prices to reflect it. HOWEVER i will be adding an ad-on for folks outside the US & canada who will need extra shipping costs.
a great suggestion was to add interior photos - i'm ON IT. i just need a few hours and good weather.
i vaguely mentioned stretch goals in my FAQ . i'm still sussing out how much things like hardcover books would cost but i CAN say that i have the FIRST stretch goal in mind already - adding a few extra birds to the book! but yeah, gimme a few to work out the logistics since i'd need to use an entirely different printer for hardcover copies.
thank you again already everyone! i'll be doing my usual art livestream tomorrow, in case you want to pop by and just yell your fav bird at me!
So I love your decks so much! They’re all so unique in their own way! I am an artist that has been making an Oracle deck, and I was just wondering if you have any advice to give me on which printing company you use? I heard of make playing cards.com is okay, but I am hoping to get it printed with some foil and gilded edges. I hope to hear from you, would really like to know about the company you use! Seems like you can get more options on whomever your printing company is! Thank you!
