I like many others are having issues with their credit card not being allowed to be updated. Just to alleviate any fears that we won't miss out on any content can we please have anyone from Cephalofair post a small update about this to let us know that they're aware of the issue?

But guys. I need you to understand that my heart is weak and pathetic. You know how elves in LOTR "fade" if they get all sad and stuff? Now that I know about the stuff that comes with the 2 million stretch goal, I will die without that too. I woke up and was like "I'M OUT OF DANGER, NOT GONNA DIE! WE MADE IT!!!" And then I looked at the announcement and I felt the reaper standing behind me. We're close. I need the new things. I need the narration. If we don't make it, I am not only going to die, but I am going to haunt every fan of the magnus archives for the rest of time. I will open so many cabinets. I'm telling you. I'll do it. But I still expect eulogies if we don't make it.

Doing a +1 post here, I also need to change the payment info on the survey and I cannot do so. I can edit the card info on the survey, but once clicked the update button remains in progress. "Updating..." and spinning wheel, and nothing. It stays like this forever (been a few hours now). I too can change my save payment data in the backerkit settings, but it makes no difference. Already sent an email to Cephalofair some hours ago and waiting for a reply.

Funnily enough I probably came into this backwards, as a Monte Cook fan who hadn't heard the podcast. Been binging it though, and I've definitely fallen in love.
just a plus one post as it is impossible to get in touch with BK support now as you have to select an ACTIVE project of which grand festival is no longer all of BK support pages just reroute you to contacting cepholofair (which i have done) Tried going into my profile and adding a new ppayment method (same card) appeared to have worked but alas it did not. has anyone had any response on this matter.
